Join us every Tuesday at 7 PM in the peaceful setting of our sanctuary for a restorative yoga class, open to all skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, this is a welcoming space to unwind, reconnect, and center yourself.
Our classes are designed to promote physical and spiritual well-being, and we invite everyone—regardless of experience, age, or ability—to participate. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
