Community Rental Rates

These rates apply to community programs, faith-based programs, non-profit events, and neighborhood rentals. For business or filming rentals, please contact our office using the form on this page for rates.

Sanctuary: $200/hour (100+ People)

Basement: $100/hour (100+ People)

Community Room: $50/hour (15+ People)

Full Building: $300/hour (200+ People)

Most event rentals also incur a one-time cleaning fee of $30.
